This program will be useful for practitioners responsible for designing and negotiating agreements for complex business transactions. Learn the basics of designing and negotiating company agreements, from complying with the provisions of an agreement to the fundamental principles of design and negotiation common to all company agreements. Our faculty of experts will teach you how to reduce your client`s goals to a complete, clearly written and enforceable agreement and how to determine the most likely problems when negotiating that agreement.
